THE CHALLENGE
CalOptima Health OneCare is the Medicare and Medi-Cal plan designed for Orange County residents. Regardless of that, they were seeing attrition rates increase and enrollment rates decrease. They needed an experienced team to help change that.

THE APPROACH
Knowing we needed to be clever with our budget and strategy, we created an AI-illustration driven campaign rooted in the plan’s many reasons to believe. AI allowed for more inclusive representation, while messaging about simplicity and convenience made the benefits easy to understand.

THE RESULT
Our efforts paid off, with a 24% increase in enrollment in year 1 of the campaign, followed by a still greater increase in year 2. Attrition rates also declined by 3%.
