1 in 8 women experience symptoms of postpartum depression.

It’s a more common experience than we think. And what’s even more shocking is that the numbers may be even higher because many women put off treatment due to stigma.

We were asked to create a campaign to help encourage women to speak up and seek help. Talking Postpartum Depression is a series of videos featuring five different women across the U.S., sharing their stories of hope and healing. The impact of the content was illuminating, with over 148 million people reached through paid media, helping to normalize the conversation around PPD and seeking help.
