THE CHALLENGE
Coming out of the Pandemic, CommonSpirit wanted to humanize the relationship between primary care doctor and patient. With in-person visits put on hold for so many, the personal connection between doctors and patients had lost its weight. That was something especially problematic for the primary care field.

THE APPROACH
We knew these spots had to clearly convey connection and emotion. We leaned into a sentiment that rings true for everyone: we’re all at our best when we do the things we love.
