As a woman of color working in the industry, I know how uncommon it can be to see a similar face in the creative department. In homage to Nike’s recent work with Colin Kaepernick, I wondered how the same thought-provoking idea would apply to the advertising field itself.

Inspired by the great "Adriana" of "Adriana's Insurance" fame, this 5 x 8’ banner is my contribution to my 7-year-old nephew's little league program in Montebello, CA. The only caveat being that it must hang on a fence or I'll look foolish. So un-Adriana-like.
